• Outcall only. There is no studio and no address to attend; the therapist comes to your hotel room or residence in Amsterdam.
• No travel charge in Centrum, the Jordaan, Oud-Zuid, De Pijp or Zuidas, and no night, weekend or holiday premium anywhere inside the ring.

The figure beside each length is the whole of it. An hour is €180 and that covers the therapist's time, the journey to you and everything she brings; the travel is not itemised, because you did not ask us to come from anywhere in particular — you asked us to come to Amsterdam, which is where we already are.

Two in the morning on a Sunday costs what two in the afternoon on a Tuesday costs. We are staffed around the clock rather than stretched into it, so the night is not an exception that has to be paid for; it is half of the week. The same holds anywhere inside the ring, so the district you are in changes the arrival time by a few minutes and the price by nothing.

The ladder from one hour to eight is not a measure of quantity but of pace. In an hour the work has to begin fairly promptly. At ninety minutes it can start slowly and stay slow, which is why that length is the one most often chosen and the one most therapists would suggest. At two or three hours a session stops having an obvious beginning and end and simply becomes the evening; the eight-hour night, at €1,250, is that carried through until morning.
