A way of working with the hands, not a doctrine. Slow strokes that travel the whole length of the body, a pace set by breathing rather than by a clock, and a session treated as one continuous thing rather than a sequence of parts. That is the whole of what the word carries here. If you have had good massage before and found it brisk, this is the difference.
No. Nothing is taught, nothing is explained to you, and you are not asked to accept anything in order to receive the session. The Sanskrit words are kept because they name the work accurately and nothing else has replaced them. What arrives at your door is a trained therapist with warm oil and fresh towels, and an hour and a half of quiet.
They are the Sanskrit names tantra uses for the male and the female body. A massage by either name is patient, oiled, deliberate attention given to a part of the body that ordinary bodywork moves around. Neither is done cold or on its own. Both are opened inside a long full-body session, once the breath has changed, and both close by widening back out to the whole body.
The sensual hour is a full-body oil massage at a slower tempo than a spa would use, straightforward and complete in itself. The tantra work is longer by necessity and differently paced: nothing is driven toward an end point, the pauses are part of the work rather than gaps in it, and the ending tapers instead of stopping. Many people book the sensual hour first and come to this afterwards.
Because the settling alone takes twenty, and an hour spends most of itself getting somewhere the technique only then begins. Ninety minutes is the shortest length that does it justice, at €270. Two hours at €360 and three at €540 give the middle room to stretch. The eight-hour overnight at €1,250 exists for people who would rather nothing ended on a clock at all.
It does not. A first session is a common booking and the therapist works no differently for one. Forty-five therapists work with us, each with her own page, and if you would rather one with a particular manner, say so when you enquire and we will suggest two or three. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to read beforehand.
You lie down and you are worked on. That is the whole of your part in it. We do not publish an account of the hour; what is arranged beforehand is the technique, the length, the time and the address, and the rest belongs to the room and to the two people in it, spoken about there, unhurriedly, at the start.
No instruction is given. The breath lengthens on its own once the opening has gone on long enough, and your therapist watches for that rather than asking for it — it is how she judges when to move on. Nothing is counted, nothing is guided, and you are not corrected. If you fall asleep in the first half hour, that is a reasonable outcome.
It is the only way we work. Message us through the button on this page, by WhatsApp or by Telegram, with the hotel or district, the technique, the length and the hour you want. A confirmed therapist and an arrival window come back in about ten minutes. There is no studio and no address to attend; she comes to you, twenty to thirty minutes anywhere in the centre, at any hour of any day. Schiphol airport hotels are possible by arrangement — ask when you enquire.
Nothing happens at the end. It is settled on arrival, before anything begins, so that the close of the session is not interrupted by it. Cash is accepted in any major currency, as are card and crypto. Nothing is taken in advance, and there is no night, weekend or travel surcharge anywhere inside the ring.
