False bookings and the internal note
A false booking is one placed under a name that is not the client's, from someone else's number, or as a joke; it is noted internally for twelve months.
Most bookings that fall through do so for ordinary reasons. Plans change, a flight lands late, a client cancels, and the notice scale in the cancellation policy deals with it. A false booking is narrower than any of that, and the house writes down exactly what the term covers so that nobody has to guess.
The four criteria
A booking counts as false only when it meets one of these: it was placed under a name that is not the client's own; it came from a phone number or a profile belonging to somebody else; it was made as a joke; or it ended in a no-show after meeting one of the first three. A missed appointment on its own meets none of them. It is treated as a cancellation, on the same scale as any other.
What is written down
When a booking meets a criterion, the house makes a short internal note: the date, what happened, and the name and number the booking came from. A note of the same kind follows a visit that a therapist ended because her safety or a limit she set was not respected. A note is removed for good once twelve months have passed. It stays inside the house, no other business or person receives it, and its one use is deciding whether a later booking from the same person is accepted. Where the facts in a note point to a criminal offence, the house may report the matter to the police. That is a possibility rather than a promise, and it is the one route by which anything in a note leaves the house.
Why it exists
A tantra therapist often crosses the city late in the evening to a building she has never entered. A booking made in bad faith costs her that journey and the evening around it, and the note is the modest measure that lets the house recognise a name the second time it appears.
