Cancellation and refunds for tantra bookings
What a cancellation costs follows the notice: nothing more than a day ahead, half the deposit inside the last day, the whole deposit once she has set out.
A cancellation with this house is measured by notice. What is kept when a tantra booking is called off is the part of the fee already earned at the moment your message arrives, never a charge for damages, and the scale that sets that part has three steps.
The notice scale
With more than twenty-four hours to go before the booked start, cancelling costs nothing and any deposit is repaid whole. Inside those twenty-four hours, while she has not yet set out, half the deposit is kept as fee earned and the other half comes back. After she has set out, the whole deposit is kept. Two lines apply at every step: if the reserved time is taken by another client, the deposit is repaid in full, and if you can show that the house lost less than it kept, it keeps only that smaller sum.
Moving rather than cancelling
Each booking may be moved once without cost, provided the request comes more than twenty-four hours ahead and the new date lies within fourteen days. A further move, or one asked for inside the last day, is read on the notice scale as a cancellation sent at that moment, and whatever the scale does not keep goes with the booking to its new date.
When the house cannot perform
If the house is unable to carry out a booking, the choice is yours: the deposit repaid in full, or held against a later date for as long as you need. A booking taken with nothing paid ahead costs nothing to cancel before she sets out; after that, the house asks only for the share of the fee her journey represents.
Ending early
A session you end before its time stays payable for the time reserved, because those hours were held for you and cannot go to anyone else. Where your therapist ends a visit because her safety was disregarded or a limit she set was pressed, the fee for the reserved time stays due and nothing is charged on top.
The fourteen days
Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code, in articles 6:230m to 6:230z, governs contracts made at a distance and usually gives a consumer fourteen days to withdraw. Article 6:230p removes certain contracts from that right, among them leisure services tied to a specific date or period. Every tantra booking fixes one hour on one evening, which is the case that exception covers, so the fourteen-day right does not arise.
