The deposit is exactly half the fee, placed electronically once the office accepts and before she sets out; it confirms most bookings, and cancelling does not return it.
Half: that is the whole of the arithmetic. The deposit is fifty percent of the ladder figure, never a band of possible sums, never tuned to the person asking and never a matter for bargaining. The office names the figure in writing, in the thread, at the very moment of saying yes, and the sum has to settle before the therapist leaves for the address.

It is asked when a booking is placed more than twenty-four hours before its hour; for each overnight; whenever two therapists are booked; for a companion booking of any sort, whether a girlfriend experience, a dinner date, time as a social companion or a travel companion, or an event; for visits to Schiphol or an airport hotel; on peak dates, among them Pride, ADE, King's Day, New Year, Christmas and those weeks when a major conference fills Amsterdam's hotels; for any session lasting three hours or beyond; and for the very first booking a new client makes, however brief and however soon.
A single kind of booking is paid whole at the door: one or two hours of massage asked for on the day itself, by someone the house has received before. Treat it as a narrow exception and nothing wider.
Someone new booking a single hour, EUR 180, places EUR 90. Three hours, EUR 540, need EUR 270 ahead. A pair of therapists across three hours, EUR 1,080 together, need EUR 540. Two hours arranged for tomorrow evening, EUR 360, need EUR 180. Whatever remains in each case becomes the balance on arrival.
Card, Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency are the four routes, chosen because each clears electronically before anyone travels. A bank transfer is not one of them. Cash cannot serve either, since banknotes travel with her and can only meet the balance. Where to send the deposit is written in the accepted WhatsApp thread alone, and only once acceptance has happened; a payment request from any other sender, or ahead of acceptance, did not come from the office.
Cancelling does not bring a deposit back, however early the message. The reasoning sits under cancellation and refunds, and the cancellation policy holds the house's full position.
